Wild Messengers® is a registered trademark and a brand operated by The Menagerie Collective LLC, a Delaware limited liability company taxed as an S-Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website, purchasing products, applying for retreats, or engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. 1. Legal Entity

    All products, services, and offerings sold under the Wild Messengers® name are legally provided by:

    A Delaware Limited Liability Company

    All references to "Wild Messengers," "Company," "we," or "us" refer to The Menagerie Collective LLC.

  2. 2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or participate in retreats.

    By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  3. 3. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site, including but not limited to:

    • Tarot deck designs
    • Card artwork
    • Guidebook text
    • Logos
    • Course materials
    • Copywriting
    • Images
    • Audio or video content
    • Frameworks and methodologies

    is the exclusive property of The Menagerie Collective LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

    You may not:

    • Reproduce
    • Republish
    • Modify
    • Distribute
    • Sell
    • Create derivative works
    • Use for AI training
    • Use for commercial resale

    without express written permission.

    Purchase of a tarot deck does not transfer intellectual property rights.

  4. 4. Product Sales

    A. Physical Products

    All physical products are subject to availability.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify pricing
    • Discontinue products
    • Correct pricing errors

    Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

    Risk of loss transfers upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

    B. Digital Products

    Digital products are delivered electronically.

    All digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

    Access may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  5. 5. Retreats and In-Person Events

    Participation in retreats or immersive experiences may involve:

    • Travel
    • Physical activity
    • Emotional or psychological exploration
    • Group participation

    By registering, you acknowledge:

    • You are voluntarily participating
    • You assume all risks associated with participation
    • You are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing

    The Company is not liable for personal injury, illness, emotional distress, travel disruptions, or third-party venue incidents.

    Separate retreat agreements may apply and will govern where provided.

  6. 6. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

    Wild Messengers® products and content are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

    They do not constitute:

    • Medical advice
    • Psychological treatment
    • Legal advice
    • Financial advice

    Tarot readings, symbolic interpretation, and spiritual frameworks are not predictive guarantees and should not replace licensed professional guidance.

    You are solely responsible for your decisions.

  7. 7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    The Menagerie Collective LLC, its officers, members, contractors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect damages
    • Incidental damages
    • Consequential damages
    • Loss of profits
    • Emotional distress
    • Business interruption

    Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Menagerie Collective LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your participation in retreats
    • Your reliance on tarot or symbolic content

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Venue for any legal dispute shall be in San Diego County, California.

  10. 10. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

    If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

    You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

  11. 11. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemics
    • Government actions
    • Carrier delays
    • Technical failures

  12. 12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

    Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
